Had a bad mental health day yesterday, feeling irritable and grumpy. Gabby was nice enough to listen to me for a little while. Turned out, I had legitimate things to be grumpy about! But don't we all?


Stayed home and relaxed last night. Still feeling low energy.


I have an appt with my new counselor this afternoon. Good timing. We're supposed to go over my wrap plan but I may ask to talk about other things instead. I don't know what I would want to work on most. Maybe my physical health?


If I choose to talk about the things that were upsetting me yesterday, they were problems between my family members and dating/being single. I was so irritable yesterday and half had to do with the simple fact that it was cold outside. I'm tired of being cold! And I was out working in it. There are worse things.


I need to get a shower and get on the road today. And play pool tonight.


Meds/vitamins. Dogs. Facebook. News. Blog.


If I were to take my own advice and try to start each day with a grateful mindset... I'm grateful for all four of my kids! And my dogs. Super grateful for them right now as they lay sleeping on the bed beside me. And my home. Even though I hate my house, it represents freedom and good health. I'm also grateful I heard from G last night. I was starting to feel rejected by him which doesn't help my health. I'm grateful he called. I'm grateful spring is here and the cold weather will be gone soon. I'm grateful for my relationships with family (even if they don't get along) and friends (though I am missing a few). I'm grateful my Jeep is running well, even though I noticed it has a light out. I'm grateful for my job.



I prayed to God to help me find him, if he exists, a few days ago. Does he?
