Negative Thoughts Be Gone

For years now I'll catch myself having repetitive negative thoughts... they'll swallow me whole for days at a time sometimes, it seems. But the moment I realize I'm doing it... eventually I do... I remember what has worked in the past to get them to stop. The thoughts may not stop forever but, like magic, I'll feel almost immediate relief that will last for awhile.

I write them down. At night before going to sleep they're put on paper, all of the thoughts. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Sadly some people whom I feel may benefit from this action don't try it because they are afraid what's written will be found by someone else. They don't feel they have the privacy.

I may share some of my dark days in this blog sometime, or in a book. Writing a book has always been on my bucket list.

Excuse me, I have a little writing to do tonight. :(

Goodnight!
